Where to go for shopping in Paris?

Paris is one of my favourite places to do some shopping. Here are a few addresses I love, either worldwide famous or only known to the French, which I always have to take home, luggage allowing.

Whether I’m wandering through Le Marais or crossing the Seine toward Saint-Germain, I always make time for a few Parisian stops that combine craftsmanship, scent, and savoir-faire. Here are a few of my bonnes adresses:
Aime Glow Studio & Boutique
French skincare is world famous and you can find it in many stores around the world and at the duty free. If you are looking for a unique Parisian glow experience, try Aime Skincare, a brand that takes care of your beauty from within. I am a huge fan of their supplements, their collagen powders and, more recently, their skincare and make up collection. Check my full online and in-store experience.

Dammann Frères or Mariage Frères for Tea
You can find these tea brands in gourmet stores such as La Grande Épicerie or attend to their unique stores around town. Both harbour the warmest darken wood shelves filled with tins of earthy tea and infusions scents. Give them a taste at the shop and bring some home.

Favourites: from Dammann, Vanilla Rooibos is a favourite of my husband's. From Mariage, there is no tea more fragrant than Esprit de Noel.
Durance for Candles
There are several stores in Paris (and in France) and you can find one of those in Le Marais neighbourhood, at Rue des Rosiers. When in France, you cannot leave the country without leaving something scented: either a perfume or eau de toilette, a special soap or, my greatest passion, a candle. Of course you can go for the most famous brands, but do not discard Durance and their homely Provence-borne fragrances.
Favourite: I recommend the Linge Propre (Clean Linens) candle, perfect to lit after you clean your home for that durable satisfaction.
Diptyque for Candles & Fragrances
Same as Durance but with a worldwide appeal. Everybody wants a Diptyque candle and they are right about it.
Favourite: I have been a loyal clients for the past 15 years and albeit my greatest love is the Ambre one, the Almond stole my heart in 2025.
Sézane for Womenswear and Leather Goods
Sézane has been my go-to brand for the past 5 years in regards to amazing fabrics, leather goods and tailoring. I love that they produce most of their goods in Portugal or Bulgaria, where you know quality is high and wages are correct.

My whole corporate wardrobe is Sézane (mixed with other brands, but it is a staple), which makes me almost think I wear a daily uniform. I also love their shoes and bags. You can check here what I have from Sézane for my workwear and what I have from Sézane to use during a sunny Spring holiday.
Favourite: the Justine bags, the Paula babies shoes and the Marino pants.
Suit Supply for Menswear
My husband bought his wedding suit at Suit Supply in Belgium a few weeks before our elopement. I had never been in such a store before, where menswear is honoured and showcased in every room with a want for quality and aesthetics. My husband set up an appointment at their store at Rue de La Paix, at the 2e arrondissement neighbourhood. Service is exquisite and a man can enter naked, he will be fully clothed on departure. Suit Supply is not only great on suits, but shirts, hats, pocket scarves, shoes... they do it all. I think they only don't do boxers but aside from that, it's completely worth a visit if you are a fan of quality and wear longevity just like we both are. We recommend you make an appointment online before heading to the store.

Suit Supply - Rue de La Paix
Tanat for Coffee
Formerly known as Kawa, this spot was recommend by a friend who has a bean-to-cup coffee machine just like we have back home. There are several Tanat stores around town and I went to Avenue Victoria's one, in a nice and calm plaza. Bonus point: there is a Dammann Frères next to it, so you can buy your coffee and tea on a single trip!

I placed an order for their Chocolat Noir and the Fruit Rouge bean. Whilst I was there and as I had walked for close to two hours, I sat down for coffee and it was just the best place to rest, away from busier cafés. I have yet to try these beans at home but I can already tell you: my suitcase has never been more fragrant!

Le Bon Marché for EVERYTHING
I love Le Bon Marché by Rue de Sèvres. It's an exquisite department store with a vast array of clothes, leather goods, stationary, cute cafés in most floors and the most amazing grocery store, La Grande Épicerie.

I have the members card La Carte 24 Sèvres at Le Bon Marché which gives me access to very nice perks after my purchases such as the Journée Privilege, where I can redeem the 10% of all money accumulated in the card.

Favourite counters: Victoria Beckham Beauty, Bobbi Brown, Sézane, Rimowa
