Hey there, I’m Jess ✨. On The Signature, I share reflections on beauty, routines, travel, wellness, culture, and everyday life. For those drawn to a calmer, more intentional way of living, I send a free newsletter each month on the 7th. You're welcome to join.

Albeit a shorter month, I truly focused on finishing my beauty and skincare products in February. I used over a dozen products until the last drop but I had to select just 7 for this article, because I always select 7 and I am obviously type A.

Here are the 7 products I finished in February 2026 and whether I would buy them again:
SKINCARE

Avène Cleanance Cleansing Gel
I loved this product so much I repurchased it through the years, and I had the big 400ml full size bottle and the little 100ml travel size one I would refill in between trips.
This is a great cleanser for combination and blemish-prone skin and it doesn't strip your skin of its natural oils.
It removes makeup efficiently as the second step of a double cleanse and does not irritate my eyes (this is very important for me as some products are quite blinding!).
Verdict: this is a great product which I would recommend but I would not repurchase as my skin type changed from oily to dry due to acne treatment. As soon as I finish the travel size, I will focus on dry to normal skin cleansers in the future

Avène SPF 50+ Anti-Pigmentation Fluid
I think this is my third bottle of this lightweight, fluid sunscreen targeted at preventing pigmentation. In the morning, I apply it with my moisturiser and it leaves no white cast residue or shine on my skin before I apply a cc cream or foundation. On weekends, it's the last step of my skin routine!
Verdict: I will rebuy it over and over again!

Lumene CC Color Correcting Cream
Lumene is one of my favourite skincare brands and I love almost everything that they launch. Which is what I did by purchasing this color correcting cream as soon as it launched a couple of years ago. This is an everyday base that feels closer to skincare than foundation. It evens tone without heaviness and works well for low-effort days. My shade is Tan.
Verdict: I would completely repurchase but I just saw that they changed the shades name on the website so I would need to try which one is which for me now

Dove Even Tone Deodorant
Nothing to say. Dove just does it for me, always. Great for perspiration for over 12 hours and believe me, this is important as I live in a warm and humid country.
Verdict: frequently repurchasing Dove's deodorants. I only alternate these with Wild's one.

Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask
This is the moment you can absolutely berate me... but records show I purchased this product in 2016! So I had it for almost 10 years! But it still looked, felt and smelled good so I used it until the end! This is a great lip mask, especially to use overnight but I also applied it during the day, before or over my lipstick.
Verdict: great formula, I just don't think applying a lip mask with my finger or a mini spatula is for me, I prefer tubes

HAIR

Briogeo Don’t Despair, Repair! Deep Conditioning Mask Cap
This little mask cap is so old Briogeo's discontinued it. But it was a great idea: a cap and a little packaging with the mask, perfect for travelling without the full size! And you can keep the mask afterwards.
As for the mask itself, Briogeo is one of the best for dry hair and I absolutely love it. I paired this treatment with the shampoo from the same collection and my hair felt softer than ever.
Verdict: the cap pack was discontinued but the mask still exist and is one of the best. Will repurchase the mask although I have not been seeing Briogeo for sale on Sephora any longer? Help?!

Christophe Robin Luscious Curl Conditioning Cleanser
This shampoo is designed for curly and wavy hair. As an afro/curly hair girl, Christophe Robin has quite a surprising range focused on curls and it just works for me. It does not foam like the other products which gives you a more natural feel to the clean hair experience. To use with the cream from the same collection, is a must.
Verdict: albeit being a part of my hair routine for years, I am ready to give other shampoos a go for upcoming washes. But if I need a shampoo and Christophe Robin is in hand, I would go for it
