This was the stay that blew us completely away. This is my full review of the lodge in Namib Desert we stayed at, with sweet pink details, plunge pools, desert views, wildlife sightings and the ultimate reward after long hot drives.
As the hotel embarks on a $50 M USD renovation, I feel a mix of excitement and nostalgia. I look forward to seeing what’s new yet part of me hopes they preserve the soul of the place: the views, the service, the scent in the lobby. For now, this is my Table Bay Hotel. As I hope it will always be.
