After [**many trials and errors**](https://www.thesignaturejess.com/daily-supplements/), I like keeping my supplement routine streamlined, and this was an easy one to incorporate into [**my pre-sleep routine**](https://www.thesignaturejess.com/sleep-routine-melatonin-supplements/). **Would I repurchase?* Yes, Magnesium Bisglycinate is one of those products that quietly becomes part of my sleep routine regardless of the brand.* ### SKINCARE ## Dr. Barbara Sturm The Better B Niacinamide Serum A lovely, lightweight serum that I enjoyed using [**during my evening routine**](https://www.thesignaturejess.com/beauty-my-nighttime-skincare-routine/). It sinks in quickly and layers easily without leaving that sticky serum feeling. Niacinamide is a component that aims to protect the skin barrier and fade dark spots. After months of using on an almost daily basis, I didn't see much improvement in my hyperpigmentation. Maybe I needed more months? **Would I repurchase?* I liked it, but at this price point I would expect to see more palpable results. I hope **Caroline Hirons**, the skincare (and toning) queen doesn't read this! But I need to improve at this so that it also helps in the exfoliating process and in the aforementioned topic of improving my dark spots. For said reason, this bottle was hard to finish as I kept forgetting about it. This didn't allow me to thoroughly assess its effectiveness. **Would I repurchase?* Unless it comes in a travel pack with other Caudalie products, I will not be repurchasing this one.* ## Lumene Kirkas Radiance Boosting Micellar Water [**Lumene is my favourite Nordic beauty brand**](https://www.thesignaturejess.com/how-lumene-became-my-favourite-nordic-brand/) and I purchased the three micellar waters they have as soon as they launched. I used the Moisturising Micellar Water (from the *Hella* range) and the Soothing Micellar Water (from the *Herkkä* range). Alas, I didn't fall in love with the radiance boosting version, from the *Kirkas* range. I didn't remove makeup very easily. I had to use over 6 cotton pads every night to take it all off and even so, some would still get in my white face towels afterwards. I added this product to my online basket during a purchase as I needed to top up to get a gift pouch. This one fit the bill: less expensive than other products and I wear makeup every day so I would need it at some point. Good girl math, say you? Anyway, this product really surprised me. Not only it is really effective at removing makeup (and not only around the eyes!) but it smells amazing and, more importantly, doesn't sting my eyes. I would never have bought a **Lancaster** product as I am not that familiar with it but this cream is such a good and inviting product. I love the texture and how it moisturises my eye area. No matter when I apply it, I always feel a boost of freshness in my face. I had recently praised Lumene's efforts to be more sustainable with a leaner packaging that uses less plastic (and no glass) and its refill. Alas, the refill that I had did not fit the original package and I will have to scoop it out and transfer it properly. That is a fail they must have confirmed as they do not sell the refill on their website any longer. If they come up with it again, I hope it works and we can properly refill so it's not just sustainable-talk but a real deal. **Would I repurchase*: if they have the packaging figured out, consider me a loyal customer!* [Lumene: the best Nordic beauty brand for skincare and makeupLooking for clean, affordable skincare that works?
